Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours notice for any appointments to be cancelled without a fee. All appointments that are canceled or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours prior to your appointments are considered a no-show and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
